Declaration of redundancy shall be communicated to the affected employee(s) in writing by CFTS.CO (U) Ltd.

Redundancy will occur:

* When CFTS.CO (U) Ltd’s financial position cannot cover remuneration, or operations diminish;
* When the post is abolished;
* Upon dissolution of CFTS.CO (U) Ltd.
